WateRevive is a Bio-engineering company, specializing in Constructed Wetland and Phytoremedeation.
WateRevive combines engineering services and applied plant biotechnology at the highest level to design and perform constructed wetland plants for variety of implementation:

The company's headquarter is in Zipori, where experiments and initial Beta Sites are carried. WateRevive has developed state of the art technologies (patent pending) for biological treatment and enhancement of drinking water, with no environmental adverse effect: no residual materials, no energy input and no chemicals. The process is low cost, easy to maintain, has a positive footprint and produces high quality drinking water.
WateRevive provides initial feasibility tests, engineering, designing, construction and maintenance.

Yael Ben Zvi, MSC, CTO
Being an Engineer and a scientist Yael brings a multi-disciplinary approach and 20 years of experience in biological water systems with different applications: wastewater treatment, natural swim ponds, water polishing and enhancement.
Part of the COST (EU cooperation on science and technology) team concerning Phytoremedeation and water quality, and lecturer and publish er of various articles in this forum around the world.

History
WateRevive is a part of Ofra aqua plants group Ltd. The company specializes in constructed wetland implementation including biological wastewater treatment domestic and industrial, Natural swimming pools and ornamental biological ponds, Rivers and lakes rehabilitation and drinking water treatment, enhancement and polishing by Phytoremedeation.
The group has preformed above 200 projects of constructed wetlands to treat municipal wastewater, gas stations, military facilities, dairy farms, slaughter houses, fish farms, landfill lactates, oil company residues (e.g. hydrocarbons, fats etc.) and river and lakes rehabilitation projects. In addition, the group has designed and build many projects on natural swimming pools and ornamental ponds in Israel and abroad.

About the technology
Phytoremedeation/ Constructed wetland is an alternative technology that can be used instead of chemical mechanical conventional clean-up technologies that often require high capital inputs and are labor and energy intensive. Phytoremedeation/ Constructed wetland is an in situ remediation technology that utilizes the inherent abilities of living plants and micro-organisms. It is ecology friendly, low energy consumptions and based on the concept of using nature to cleanse nature.
